SAMA (Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority) requires transactional data in predefined formats SFF TAB 3 and SFF TAB 4. The Federal Reporting module automates this process by importing raw transactional data from Oracle General Ledger (OGL) or SAP and converting it to the required SAMA submission formats.

Data Input Sources
- SAP File with columns: FRE, Center, Sort Code, Sort Code Name, Trading Partner
- SAP columns: TP Center, Data Source, Client ID, Contract ID, Document Type
- Line Item: Number, Text, Debit/Credit Indicator, Ledger Source, Posting Date
- Transaction Currency Code and Transaction Amount fields
- Oracle General Ledger (OGL) file format also supported
Processing Steps
- Step 1: Select office location
- Step 2: Upload OGL or SAP raw data file
- Step 3: Make jurisdiction mappings (client number, infrastructure ID, country)
- Step 4: Generate SFF TAB 3 and TAB 4 standard files
- Step 5: Download generated files for review and submission to SAMA
